Zagreb, jour/Day 3: Musée, street art et/Museum, street art and Dinamo Zagreb!

Ce fut donc ma première journée après la Slovénie, et j’ai essayé d’en profiter malgré une certaine fatigue. Une visite très intéressante, couronnée par un match de soccer la même journée que l’anniversaire à mon paternel, woo! Bonne fête Denis! Demain? D’autres péripéties nous attendent, aucun doute!

So this was my day after Slovenia. I was a bit tired, but still tried and made the most of it. I had a couple of very interesting tours, as well as a nice soccer game in the evening — on the same day as my dad’s birthday, nothing less! Bonne fête Denis! Tomorrow? More wacky adventures, I have no doubt!

: De retour à Zagreb. / Back in Zagreb.

: Il y a beaucoup de choses à visiter ici. / There’s plenty to see here.

: Dont des inscriptions étranges. / Among other things, some strange scriptures.

: L’église Saint-Marc. Je suis arrivé là avant ce qui semblait être un défilé… / St-Mark’s Church. I guess I got there before what seemed to be some sort of procession…

: En effet. Le changement de la garde! / I guessed right. It was the changing of the guard!

: Yes.

: Ensuite, un détour au fantastique Musée des coeurs brisés. / After that, a visit to the amazing Museum of Broken Relationships.

: Chaque item avait son histoire associée… Beaucoup d’humour, mais aussi beaucoup d’anecdotes vraiment déprimantes. / Each article there had its own story, and there were plenty of funny ones, but also many harrowing ones…

: La boutique de souvenirs avait aussi sa dose d’humour. / The gift shop also had its share of good jokes.

: Honnêtement, c’est un musée exceptionnel, qui gagne à être connu. / But honestly, this museum is one-of-a-kind, and it’s an absolute must-see.

: On a aussi droit à du street art 3D! / We also have some 3D street art there!

: J’aurais bien aimé parler croate pour l’occasion. / I would have loved to know Croatian for the occasion.

: La cravate devant ce magasin devait être de ma grandeur… Ils aiment leurs cravates ici! / That necktie must have been as tall as me. I guess they love their neckties in these parts!

: Je suis arrivé un peu en avance, donc beaucoup de temps pour explorer le stade. / I got there a bit early, so I had plenty of time to explore the stadium beforehand.
