On a profité d’une pause pour placoter avec un des deux guides. Il a été chef pendant 22 ans (!) avant de venir à LV et de changer de profession. Il avait l’air jeune, en plus! / We chatted with one of our guides during the break. He had been a chef for 22 years (!) before coming to LV and switching careers. He looked really young, too!
